Shareholders Stephen N. Huntington graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1970 and has devoted his career to insurance defense and commercial litigation. He is the author of Uninsured and Underinsured Motorist Coverage and Arbitration Practice, published by West Publishing Company. This book analyzes uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage, insurance arbitration clauses, and bad faith litigation. Steve has lectured locally and nationally on insurance and litigation topics.

Samuel D. Hodge, Jr., is a 1974 graduate of Temple University School of Law and a 1979 alumnus of the Graduate Legal Studies Division at Temple University School of Law. He concentrates his practice in insurance defense litigation. Sam has authored several texts on personal injury litigation and the U.S. legal system, has published over 60 articles, and lectures around the country on the medical and legal aspects of defending personal injury claims.

Robert L. Franklin, a 1962 graduate of Temple University School of Law, provides counseling in corporate, real estate, trust, and estate matters. Bob is the co-editor of a volume entitled "The Ten Best Ways to Save Estate Taxes," published by the Institute for Business Planning. He has taught real estate and business organizations at Temple University, where he is an adjunct professor.
